The primary function of our collaborative space is to act as a Mirror, reflecting the myriad ideas, stories, and contributions of the entire fellowship. We shall actively and joyfully celebrate the contributions of others, recognizing that every reflection is made possible by the light others bring to the room.
Our table is a safe and welcoming space. We commit to protecting the emotional and creative well-being of all participants. We are the guardians of the Mirror, ensuring it is never used to warp a person's image or as a weapon to crack their confidence.
Each participant is the keeper of their own reflection. Their story, their truth, and their character are their own. No one shall alter, smudge, or attempt to erase another's reflection in the shared narrative without their enthusiastic consent.
We acknowledge that no mirror is perfect. We commit to the continuous and joyful work of polishing our methods and improving our communication. The objective is not perfection, but the "stubborn, tenacious, glorious pursuit of 'better'".
A mirror that only reflects a quiet, empty room is a boring mirror. We are officially encouraged to bring color, light, music, and a little bit of glorious, good-natured trouble to the table, creating a story so bright it becomes a monument to our time together.
